Cherrio Fiend
My Own Audrey,
Oh goodness girl you love your Cherrios. You get excited when it's time to eat and you don't get more excited for anything than Cherrios. When we put you in your chair you lean back and whine and fuss because we're not feeding you fast enough. Then we grab the good stuff. You sit straight up, lean forward and dive right in. Sometimes you snag one little O, usually three or five. Then you stuff. More than half your hand ends up in your mouth and close to half of the Cherrios end up on the floor. You kick your right leg in excitement and giggle as long as there are Cherrios before you. But when they are gone, you get upset. And fast. You grunt and hit your hand on the table disapprovingly. Then a pile appears before you and resume your happy ways. Oh life is good.
Thanks for making life better.
Love,
Mom

ReplyDeleteOh, I wish Great Grandpa could watch her eat... but then again he probably is watching from Heaven.
